We are excited to announce that we have just released a lite version of Open IT Online for Internet Explorer 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0.

Open IT Online users can now choose among Firefox, Flock and Internet Explorer to open documents and images they find on the net.

Open IT Online Lite for Internet Explorer works in a slighty different way compared to how Open IT Online works in Firefox and Flock. To open documents and images in Internet Explorer you just need to right click on an image or on a link to a document and choose "Open Image with Open IT Online" or "Open Document with Open IT Online" from the context menu.

A popup will be displayed where you will have to choose which online service to use.

Once you have clicked on OK, a new window will be opened where you will be able to view/edit your image or document.
