Thanks to the feedback received from Open IT Online users, we found out that Zoho has recently changed the Zoho Viewer service adding a mandatory field that indicates the expiration date of a converted document. Due to this change, every time the user was trying to see a document with Zoho Viewer through Open IT Online, he was getting the message error "Problem while converting file. Please try again.".

With this new version, Open IT Online 1.1.1, the problem has been solved and we encourage all our users to perform the update as soon as possible.
